Plywood tank 2 front glass windows

I have a 90 gal glass tank 48x24x18. it has been with me for more than 15 yrs still in good condition. my plan is to use the front and back for a 96x24x24 plywood tank. the two will be side-by-side as dual front view windows.

    any suggestions/recommendations?

So....(if I understand correctly)....your tank will be in excess of 16ft in overall length?

You will need to put in a center column and a structurally sound header above the glass the entire way, as well bracing across the top, especially in the center...

Beyond the fact that PEX almost always looks like a hot mess, has limited connectors, and that you should use only the plastic joining connectors for the PEX in aquarium use it will work I guess...
